The cost of urine treatment depends on the size and severity of the affected area. Small spots (up to 60cm) range between $30 and $50, while a standard room (up to 13 sqm) is $300. For multiple areas or larger spaces, pricing is determined based on size and number of spots treated.
*This treatment is most effective for smaller areas, roughly the size of a serving tray. Heavily soiled or larger areas may require more intensive care. While stain treatment is included, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Carpet dry cleaning is a process in which the carpet is pre-vacuumed and then treated with solvents to break down dirt within its fibres. Once this treatment takes place, machinery uses cotton pads that spin around on top of your carpets removing soil or stains attached to the fibres making it easier to clean. The main benefit of dry cleaning is that it is walk-on-dry immediately and only takes 1-2 hours to fully dry.
Steam cleaning works by injecting water into the carpet under high pressure and then removing it using specialised equipment. This method is similar to a vacuum cleaner however, instead it uses hot water instead of air to suck up dirt and debris. Once the water has been extracted from the carpet, it removes all the grime and dirt from the carpet. However, this method can take 6-12 hours for your carpet to fully dry.
The smell of pet urine is extremely unpleasant and can be embarrassing if friends or family drop by. The terrible odour is caused by the off-gas from bacteria so if we can eliminate the bacteria, then we can eliminate the smell. Electrodry carries a wide range of products to treat urine stains, however, we can’t guarantee removal. When your technician arrives, they’ll be able to give you a better idea of the results we can achieve and the likely cost. Our process involves the use of a urine detector to identify the contaminated area and we then inject a special product into the underlay to eliminate germs and nasties to stop the smell. From there, we treat the carpet surface to kill the bacteria and replace the odour with refreshing a vanilla or lavender scent.
It goes without saying that it's important to allow your carpet sufficient time to dry properly before you walk on it, or allow kids and pets on it after being cleaned. However, thanks to Electrodry’s revolutionary carpet dry-cleaning process, your carpets will be walk-on dry immediately and fully dry within 1-2 hours. Having said that, it's best to avoid moving your furniture before the carpet is completely dry as this can damage the fibres of the carpet and can even leave rust marks or stains from furniture finishes. If you do need to walk on your carpet straight away, it's recommended to remove your shoes and wear a pair of clean white socks to help protect your carpet. Do not use bare feet as the natural body oils from your feet can also cling to the fibres of your carpet and cause further discolouration.
