We start by vacuuming your carpet with industrial-strength equipment to remove dirt and dry soil, opening up the fibres for deeper cleaning.

Stubborn stains? No worries. We treat problem areas with specialised stain removal solutions and apply our dry cleaning system to ensure even the toughest stains are removed.

Our unique dry cleaning system, followed by a conditioning rinse, restores your carpet's chemical balance, leaving it soft, clean, and ready to use.

Finally, we apply Electro-Shield to provide long-lasting germ protection. We then groom your carpet to reset the pile, promoting quicker drying and a neat appearance.
Has your pet had an accident, and the smell just won’t budge? Pet urine contains uric salts that promote bacterial growth, causing the unpleasant odour. If your pet has repeatedly used the same spot, the urine and salts can seep into the carpet backing and underlay. To eliminate the smell, we break down the uric salts and kill the bacteria.
Identify the affected area using a salt/moisture sensing probe.
Inject Urine Decontamination Solution into the underlay to break down bacteria and uric salts.
Saturate the carpet fibres with the solution to break down the uric salts.
Extract the excess moisture and clean the carpet.
Finish with the standard Electrodry cleaning process.
For areas up to 60cm in diameter, the cost ranges from $30 to $50, depending on the severity. If multiple areas in the room are affected, the cost may vary. If a large portion of the room requires treatment, the cost will be $300 for a standard 13 sqm room.
