Hundreds of brushes gently beat the rug to dislodge the dry soiling.
Each rug enjoys a soak in the rub to break down soiling prior to cleaning. Rugs with pet urine issues will go through the decontamination bath, often for several hours.
Cleaning solutions are agitated into the rug fibres (this stage may be adjusted for delicate rugs).
Rugs are thoroughly cleaned and rinsed in the automatic rug cleaning machine.
Rugs are spun dry in a centrifugal dryer and hung in our drying room.
Rugs are checked and groomed, before being bagged, ready for pick up.

Both sides of the rug are vacuumed using a commercial beater-bar vacuum, effectively removing dirt and debris to enhance the cleaning process.
