Things such as the type and age of the carpet will affect how easy it will be to clean the carpet and whether the tomato sauce stain can be successfully removed.
We can only move beds and lounges/sofas from side to side if they are on wheels or casters. Anything heavy such as wall units you can leave in its place and we’ll work around them. We just ask that you move smaller items such as chairs, coffee tables or pot plants. It is especially important to remove things such as toys, books and stationery, coins or any other small objects that may get sucked up during the vacuuming process. Your carpet cleaning technician will have a limited timeframe to work on your carpet so clearing up any mess or small objects beforehand keeps things moving.
You are able to pay using your debit or credit card. Our technicians are all equipped with EFTPOS machines and will accept payments on the day your carpet is cleaned.
